Locklear Isn't Moving Back to Melrose

Despite earlier reports that her return to Melrose Place was imminent, Entertainment Weekly claims that Heather Locklear will not in fact reprise her role as Amanda on the disaster surefire hit CW show.  Per EW: "There wasn't a way to bring her back that made sense," says a source close to the situation.

Really? This just sounds lazy. We can think of a million reasons her character could be in this new show. Top of the list? It's going to suck without her.

Oh, well. Guess this just means she can commit herself to making more cougar movies on Lifetime.
