Laura: Urbancougar of the Month, September 2005

"I had to take a polygraph to become a police officer. I was ‘busted’ for having sex with a minor. Of course, the Sergeant had quite a smirk when he replied, ‘I am sure he didn't put up a fight.’ I was cleared of that charge."

Why we love her
Well, being called out as a cougar by a lie detector during Police Academy is plenty enough as is. Having been an Oakland Raiders cheerleader provides even more fodder. And her beauty speaks for itself. But it’s Laura’s lineage that completes her devastating allure. Urbancougar has been getting its fair share of buzz on the street, but featuring a Cougar of the Month who hails from one of acting’s royal families provides us a true sense of credibility (along with a much deserved stroke of our already sizeable egos).

Laura’s quite the creative sort. She’s been acting since she was five years old, is currently writing a book and enjoys "photography so much that (she’s) shooting a calendar" that she hopes to get on the market for 2006. We’re not sure if either the book or the calendar prominently feature her prey, but we like to think so.

When it comes to being an Urbancougar, she’s both candid and coy, a testament, we assume, to her skills as a hunter. "I've never really thought about (being a cougar)," she says. "I never knew there was a name attached to what I've always done and enjoyed." But pressed further, she only offers, "There are definitely things you'd ‘enjoy’ knowing, but I'm not telling."

Q&A

When did it become clear that you prefer the company of younger men?
When I drove to pick up my boyfriend after school when I was 22! (Hey, at least it was high school)

How sexy does it make you feel when an attractive younger man falls prey to your seductions?
I feel sexy most of the time, regardless. However, at that particular moment, I feel pretty damn "juicy". I love the chase; it's like a kitty playing with a mouse. You like to toss it back and forth, play with it, as long as you can... before you devour it, completely.

Any words of encouragement for your fellow cougars out there?
For so many reasons, "Puppy Chow" is the best. Enjoy ladies, you've earned it!
