Howdy, folks. Hope all the Americans in the audience are just waking up from a particularly raucous 4th of July celebration, full of Budweiser, hot dogs and contraband Roman Candles. We know you need a little a something to get you going after a long weekend, so take a gander at the latest Urbancougar of the Month, the lovely Catherine Brown, cougar star of VH1's Rock of Love 2 with Bret Michaels.
A little taste of what she had to tell us:
Own it, believe it, live it. Age is seriously only a number. I have felt better in my 40's than I have in my entire life. I have a sense of well-being. When I was in my 20's I was bouncing off the wall's trying to figure out who I was, what I wanted, where I was going. At this time in my life, I know exactly what I want, I put it out there, and I am never disappointed. I went on a show and competed with mostly girls in their 20's. Not once did I feel intimated. It was such an incredible experience and I wouldn't change a thing. You are only as old as you feel, never cut yourself down, we all have an inner and outer beauty, you just have to ROCK IT!
